Stefano holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Fribourg (1995). In 2005, he obtained the STEP certificate, followed by the SATCM certificate in 2009 in the field of trusts. Passionate about law and taxation, he continued his studies with an LLM (MAS) in international tax law from the University of Neuch\u00e2tel \/ Lausanne in 2013.<\/p>

His professional career is marked by a multidisciplinary approach. After starting out in auditing with a Big4, he worked as a financial analyst for a multinational, before moving on to human-scale structures in corporate consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and later in trusts.<\/p>

In 2014, Stefano helped found the asset management company Elypse Partners SA, where he held the positions of partner, COO as well as compliance and risk manager, developing in-depth expertise in compliance and risk management. The company is a member of ASG, is licensed by FINMA and is affiliated to AOOS.<\/p>

With over 30 years' experience, Stefano has expertise in corporate organization and management, financial management, compliance, risk management and legal and tax aspects for both legal entities and individuals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
